A leading hospitality brand is seeking a hands-on Talent Administrator to join its in-house recruitment team during an exciting period of change, including a major Workday implementation. This is a high-volume role supporting 60+ live vacancies, with a clear pathway to progress into a Talent Partner role for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment administration across a high-volume portfolio of live vacancies
  • Screen CVs and applications and conduct initial candidate conversations
  • Advertise and post roles across job boards, careers pages, and internal channels
  • Own the full recruitment process for junior administrative hires from briefing through to offer
  • Coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate ATS data (Cornerstone transitioning to Workday) and ensure systems are kept up to date
  • Support recruitment reporting and provide data insights to improve decision-making
  • Champion a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience across all stages
  • Support process improvement and help embed new ways of working during system transition

About You:

  • Previous experience in an in-house or agency recruitment environment (ideally HQ/head office hiring)
  • Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments
  • Highly organised with strong ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction
  • Comfortable working with ATS systems and recruitment data
  • Strong communication skills with a warm, professional and service-led approach
  • Genuine interest in inclusive hiring (DEI)
