This is a newly created role with full ownership of the reward function in a growing international SaaS business. Reporting directly into the Chief People Officer, you will take the lead on compensation, benefits, reward reporting, pay governance and compliance across the UK, Ireland and India. This is a strategic but hands-on position, ideal for someone who has built or owned reward processes rather than simply supporting them. You will work closely with senior leadership, Finance and HR to shape the company’s reward strategy while ensuring employees are rewarded fairly and competitively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, pay structures and job levelling across multiple countries.
  • Own the annual salary review process, including modelling, analysis, governance and senior leadership reporting.
  • Prepare reward reporting, analytics and data packs for senior stakeholders, including Executive Leadership and Remuneration Committee meetings.
  • Lead the organisation’s EU Pay Transparency and pay equity initiatives, ensuring compliance across the UK and Ireland.
  • Manage employee benefits across multiple regions, including vendor relationships, renewals and market benchmarking.
