Key Responsibilities

  • Lead payroll operations across approximately 15-18 countries throughout EMEA

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 7 years payroll experience within a large international organisation
  • Strong EMEA payroll knowledge with exposure to APAC payrolls
  • Previous experience managing payroll teams and reviewing payroll outputs
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, employment taxes and controls
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
  • Confident managing multiple priorities
