The Role
An exciting opportunity to join a growing HR Systems team as a Payroll Systems Tester, playing a key role in testing payroll system changes and enhancements. This role is critical to ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and system integrity across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute payroll test scripts for system changes and enhancements
- Perform UAT testing to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR and IT teams to validate system functionality
- Document test scenarios and maintain audit-ready evidence
- Support tax year-end testing and system patch updates
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HR/Payroll queries

- Proven experience in payroll systems testing
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing
- Hands-on Oracle HR/Payroll experience (essential)
- UAT testing experience (essential)
