A data-driven Reward role with exposure to payroll, supporting pay, benefits, and pension processes across the business. You will take ownership of reward analytics and reporting while acting as a key support to payroll, including pension data and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support annual pay reviews, benchmarking, and reward modelling
- Manage pension reconciliation, submissions, and reporting
- Maintain benefits data and assess utilisation and ROI
- Prepare P11D data and support transition to payrolled benefits
- Produce pay, pension, and reward analytics reports
- Ensure payroll inputs are accurate and compliant
- Handle reward and pay-related queries
- Support audits and ensure compliance with HMRC and legislation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reward processes
- Provide backup support to payroll when required
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years experience in Reward (payroll exposure beneficial)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, formulas)
- Experience with pensions, benefits, and reward reporting
