Join the Trainee Recruitment team and help market opportunities, events, and the firm’s brand to ensure we attract the very best candidates across the UK. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Lead marketing campaigns and events (virtual & in-person) for Vacation Schemes, Training Contracts, Open Days, and diversity initiatives Shape and drive recruitment marketing strategy, including media planning and activations Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and university contacts Oversee and support 28 campus Brand Ambassadors, including recruitment and training Deliver social media content (Instagram, TikTok) and engaging candidate communications Conduct HR competency interviews, screen applications, and communicate outcomes Support and line-manage the Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance and oversight 🙌 Ideal Candidate Profile Creative and proactive, with a background in marketing, communications, or events Experience in social media management and content creation Confident public speaker and presenter, able to engage candidates and stakeholders Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable mentoring or supporting team members Legal/professional services experience is a plus but not essential Interested?
