We’re looking for a proactive Recruitment Assistant to join our team and support our fast-paced hiring efforts.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Recruitment Advisor, providing vital administrative and coordination support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll play a key role in helping us deliver a seamless candidate experience while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as a key support, with a focus on coordinating all aspects of recruitment.
Schedule and manage interviews and meetings involving candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors—navigating even the most complex calendars with ease.
Liaise with Executive Assistants and internal teams to arrange interviews, briefings, and stakeholder sessions—ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Keep recruitment trackers, candidate progress, and pipelines up to date.
Manage confidential recruitment communications and ensure accurate, professional exchanges between candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports and trackers to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
Upload and process recruitment-related invoices, liaising with internal teams such as HR People Services and HR Systems as needed.
Support wider resourcing initiatives and projects as required, contributing flexibly across the recruitment function.
About You:
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
Confident scheduling and coordinating complex meetings and interviews, often involving senior-level diaries.
Excellent communication skills—professional, clear, and courteous in both written and verbal interactions.
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Able to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and escalate when needed.
A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
