An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Payroll Manager to join a growing payroll team within a leading accountancy practice. You'll oversee a portfolio of client payrolls while supporting the Payroll Manager with the day-to-day running of the team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day payroll operations for a portfolio of clients.
  • Oversee weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll processing.

  • Identify opportunities to promote additional payroll services.

  • Previous payroll experience within an accountancy practice or payroll bureau (practice experience preferred).

  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring payroll staff.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills.
