Location: Swindon OR Cheltenham

Hybrid: Office based during training and then 3/2 split.

JGA are partnered with an established, and growing business, who have a newly created Payroll Administrator vacancy to support the wider payroll team on day-to-day processing of payroll for a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for various clients.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Liaising on payroll and associated queries.
  • Handle client data and prepare reports.
  • Maintain accurate and concise record systems.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Deal with ad hoc queries.

Experience:

  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • End to end payroll experience.
  • Experience processing multiple payrolls.
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • You have excellent soft skills and customer service skills.
  • Positive in your attitude.
  • Flexible with an ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time and meet deadlines.
  • Resilient and able to work well with your team.
