Payroll Administrator – Swindon Location: Swindon Salary: £28,000 Hours: Full Time – Permanent Structure: Office-based for probation; Hybrid (3 days office) post-probation JGA are partnering with an established and growing business to recruit a Payroll Administrator who will support the wider payroll team in day-to-day payroll processing for a portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Process payroll for a range of clients. ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth payroll operations. ✅ Address payroll and associated queries professionally and efficiently. ✅ Handle and prepare client data and reports accurately. ✅ Maintain accurate record systems and manage payroll-related documentation. ✅ Provide essential administrative support across payroll functions. ✅ Deal with ad hoc queries and tasks as required. Experience & Skills: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar payroll role. Experience with end-to-end payroll processing. Skilled in processing multiple payrolls simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong soft skills and customer service abilities. Positive, flexible attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
