JGA have the pleasure of partnering with a growing business based local to Didcot, who are seeking a Payroll Supervisor to support their fantastic team of Payroll Administrators and client base.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and review a portfolio of monthly payroll clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Run the full end-to-end payroll cycle, including data input, RTI submissions, and issuing statutory documents (e.g., payslips, P45s, P60s).
- Set up and process payments for net salaries, HMRC liabilities, and other third-party obligations.
- Complete auto enrolment duties and upload pension contributions to relevant providers.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact for payroll matters.
- Support and supervise payroll team members, including conducting internal payroll reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
- Providing technical advice & responding to ad hoc queries.
Your skills:
- Minimum of 4 years\’ experience in payroll, with strong technical knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
- Experience in an outsourced or bureau payroll environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organised, and meet strict deadlines.
- Committed to delivering a high standard of service with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.
