Job Title: Payroll Specialist ADP iHCM2 (Contract – 6 Months) Location: London, Holborn (Hybrid: 2 Days/Week in Office) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 5-6 Months Hourly rate: £25-£28 per hour PAYE We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in UK payroll processes and hands-on experience using ADP iHCM2. Key Responsibilities: Support Payroll Managers in accurate and compliant payroll processing. Manage and process payroll using ADP iHCM2. Validate payroll data, including deductions, statutory leave, and benefits. Respond to payroll queries and generate payroll reports. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee records. Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation. Handle onboarding/offboarding and expatriate documentation. Requirements: 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years using ADP iHCM2. Strong knowledge of UK payroll laws and compliance. Proficient in Excel; CIPP qualification is a plus. Experience with expatriate payroll (inbound/outbound) preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills.
