A well-established accountancy practice is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Senior to join their growing team following a recent resignation. You’ll take ownership of multiple client payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process multiple end-to-end client payrolls.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
- Liaise with clients on pay, deductions, HMRC liabilities, and reporting.
- Perform manual calculations and assist with onboarding of new clients.
- Contribute to process improvements within the payroll function.
Ideal Candidate
- 2–3 years’ experience within an accountancy practice.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
- Experience with Star Payroll (IPP) advantageous.
