Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate, timely payrolls across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles

Review payroll outputs and ensure compliance with PAYE, NI, RTI, and pensions auto-enrolment

Act as a key escalation point for the team, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards

Liaise with contractors, clients, and HMRC, resolving payroll queries efficiently

Support process improvement and best practice initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a client, bureau, umbrella, or recruitment payroll environment

Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes

Excellent communication and people management skills
