Title: Payroll Manager Location: Uxbridge Salary: £60,000 Job Type: Hybrid – 1 day at home per week. JGA are partnered with a leading international business that are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to head up their payroll function for their hourly paid employees. You will enjoy 1 day working from home per week, and the chance to build a strong payroll function. Key Responsibilities: Administered accurate and timely weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with deadlines and UK legislation. Collaborated with HR and Finance teams to implement payroll changes, maintain accurate staff cost records, and address employee queries confidentially. Managed year-end procedures, including preparing and distributing reports such as P11Ds, P60s, and month/year-end documentation. Developed and maintained a Payroll Operating Manual and trained colleagues to ensure consistent payroll process coverage. Monitored and improved the accuracy of Time and Attendance data in collaboration with operational teams. Coordinated with international payroll agencies and EMEA Finance teams to ensure compliance with regional reporting requirements. Oversaw pension auto-enrolment compliance, advised on legislative changes, and implemented updated processes. Organized employee communications, including individual pension meetings and seminars, to inform and guide contribution options. Skills Required: Significant experience processing hourly paid payroll. Experience in a sole role and ability to work with senior stakeholders. Strong T&A systems knowledge.
