Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payroll implementations from kick-off to go-live and BAU.
- Configure, test and validate payroll systems for SaaS and outsourced payroll clients.
- Partner with Project Managers & Solution Architects on solution design documents.
- Act as payroll SME in sales conversations, supporting late-stage deals.
- Identify, own and deliver process improvements across payroll implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success & Payroll Bureau teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience delivering UK payroll system implementations (bureau / outsourced / SaaS).
- Strong end-to-end UK payroll knowledge & legislation expertise.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent client-facing communication.
- Advanced Excel / Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivots, formulas).
- CIPP (or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
