Would you like to join a global business as the UK Payroll Lead? Snapshot: World-renowned entertainment powerhouse with iconic franchises. Turnover of £250M – Net sales of $1B+ Salary range: £55,000pa – £62,000pa The role: Payroll Full end to end processing of our monthly in-house payroll. Working alongside HR contacts at each of the studios to collect payroll data and ensuring this is entered into the payroll system (Workday). Manually entering data as and when required. Paying the necessary disbursements (e.g. HMRC liabilities, court orders etc.). Managing parental leave calculations. Ensuring all tax year end processes are completed (P60s, P11D(b)s). Processing the monthly pension upload. Working closely with the Finance team for payroll reconciliations. Consistently reviewing processes to ensure optimisation. Working with the systems team to ensure the configuration of business processes in Workday meets payroll requirements. Taking ownership for payroll compliance. Being the main point of contact for any payroll queries. Benefits Managing the annual benefits renewal process. Uploading necessary reports for our benefits provider.
