Team: Managing an Assistant Payroll Manager, who oversees two Payroll Administrators
The Role:
- Leading the end-to-end UK payroll function, overseeing three payrolls (one weekly and two four-weekly) for approximately 2,000 employees.
- Taking ownership of payroll compliance, including HMRC legislation, salary sacrifice, P11Ds, reporting, audits and ensuring all payroll deadlines are met.
