The Role
A broad payroll, benefits and HR operations role within a purpose-driven organisation making a genuine impact in healthcare. You’ll support outsourced payrolls, benefits administration and core HR processes, acting as a first point of contact for employee queries while ensuring accuracy, compliance and excellent service.
Payroll & Benefits
- End-to-end coordination of outsourced payroll (~1,000 employees: UK, US & France)
- Upload, validate and check payroll data post-processing
- Liaise with external payroll providers and internal Finance teams
- Complete payroll controls, checks and sign-off
- Maintain benefits records and support new joiner sessions
- Support annual benefit renewals and benefits events
HR & Employee Lifecycle Support
- Maintain HR systems, employee files and documentation
- Draft employee letters and references
- Manage shared HR inbox and employee queries
- Support annual HR processes and audits
What They’re Looking For
- Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
- Payroll qualification preferred
- Confident advising employees on basic tax, NI and pensions
- High attention to detail with a process-improvement mindset
- Comfortable using HR/payroll systems (SAP SF / Paycircle ideal)
- Professional, discreet and service-focused
