Salary: £38,000 – £44,000 FTE
Hybrid: 3-4 days a month in the London (EC1A 4HD)
Duration: Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2026

Working as part of a fast-paced HR team, the Payroll and Benefits Administrator will be co-responsible for processing the payroll across all of our geographic locations as well as the completion of all benefits administration. The geographic spread is across the UK, France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy.
The HR team strives to deliver high-quality experiences focusing on operational excellence and team effectiveness – ensuring we provide an efficient and quality service to our staff, Partners and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll administration for seven geographies, including: Preparing and inputting appropriate payroll information on HRIS
- Processing payroll to completion meeting all monthly payroll process deadlines
- Administration of all UK and EU benefits, including: Updating the benefits platform with new joiners, leavers and firm member data changes
- Active benefits membership listing management and updating third party administrators
- Collating and checking data for the annual renewal and for invoicing purposes
- Responding to and resolving pay and benefits queries from employees and Partners in a timely manner
- Supporting payroll and benefit audits on an annual basis
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting
- Administration and maintenance of employee files and the HR database (Access) in an effective manner
- Collaborating with the Business Support community to provide a strong and collaborative service
