Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Administrator (Part-Time, Job Share)
Contract: Fixed-Term until December 2026
Salary: £38,000 – £44,000 FTE
Location: Oxford or London (Hybrid – 3-4 Days/Month in Office)
Working Days: Monday, Friday, and optionally Thursday
JGA are exclusively partnered with a global organisation seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join a busy HR team on a part-time job share basis. You\\\’ll co-manage payroll and benefits administration across multiple European locations, supporting a growing international organisation.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll administration across UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and Italy.
- Inputting and validating payroll data in HRIS and via outsourced provider.
- Administering employee benefits and managing third-party providers.
- Responding to payroll and benefit queries from staff and Partners.
- Supporting audits and preparing regular/ad-hoc reports.
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records accurately.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- UK & European payroll experience essential.
- Italy and France payroll experience highly desirable.
- Comfortable with manual, spreadsheet-heavy, admin-focused work.
- Proven experience supporting organisations during periods of growth or M&A activity.
- Familiarity with data protection and HR compliance.
- Process-driven with high attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high service standards.
