Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Administrator (Part-Time, Job Share)

Salary: £38,000 – £44,000 FTE

Location: Oxford or London (Hybrid – 3–4 Days/Month in Office)

Working Days: Monday, Friday, and optionally Thursday

JGA are exclusively partnered with a global organisation seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join a busy HR team on a part-time job share basis. You’ll co-manage payroll and benefits administration across multiple European locations, supporting a growing international organisation.

*Experience with both UK and European payrolls is essential to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end payroll administration across UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and Italy.

Inputting and validating payroll data in HRIS and via outsourced provider.

Administering employee benefits and managing third-party providers.

Responding to payroll and benefit queries from staff and Partners.

Supporting audits and preparing regular/ad-hoc reports.

Maintaining HR systems and employee records accurately.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

UK & European payroll experience essential.

Italy and France payroll experience highly desirable.

Comfortable with manual, spreadsheet-heavy, admin-focused work.

Proven experience supporting organisations during periods of growth or M&A activity.

Familiarity with data protection and HR compliance.

Process-driven with high attention to detail.

Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high service standards.
