A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join a growing bureau team. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role where accuracy, organisation, and client service are key. You’ll support end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients while developing your technical expertise and advisory capability within a supportive, values-led firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume payroll data accurately and to strict deadlines
  • Calculate net pay and produce payroll outputs (manual and system-based)
  • Submit RTI (FPS, EPS, P45/P46) and liaise with HMRC and external bodies
  • Support BACS payments, HMRC liabilities, and payroll reconciliations
  • Manage auto-enrolment activities and liaise with pension providers
  • Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and accurate payroll records
  • Keep up to date with payroll legislation, PAYE, and CIS requirements
