Sole Payroll & Pensions Administrator π· Salary: Up to Β£35,000 π Location: Calne, Wiltshire (Office Based) β¨ Be the backbone of payroll and pensions in the education sector. If youβre detail-driven, experienced with iTrent, and passionate about delivering accurate, high-quality payroll β this role offers an immediate start and real impact. π Key Responsibilities β Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for around 460 staff across two payrolls β Oversee pension administration, including auto-enrolment and compliance β Maintain employee data accurately within the iTrent system β Handle payroll queries and provide timely support to staff and managers β Liaise with HMRC, pension providers, and auditors as required β Ensure compliance with all statutory and school policies π Ideal Candidate Profile π Proven experience running payroll independently (ideally in education or similar) π Strong working knowledge of iTrent payroll software π Confident handling pensions administration and UK payroll legislation π Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills π Reliable, discreet, and able to work autonomously Interested?
