A fast-paced Employee Relations role within a central HR team, managing a wide range of ER cases and advising stakeholders across a large, multi-site organisation. You’ll take ownership of cases end-to-end while providing commercially focused HR advice to managers and senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ER cases (disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, sickness)
- Provide HR advice and coaching to managers and senior stakeholders
- Ensure all advice is legally compliant and aligned with company policies
- Analyse risk and provide commercially sound solutions
- Support complex cases and attend hearings when required
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement within ER processes
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in an ER or HR advisory role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER processes
- Confident managing complex and sensitive cases
