Reports to: Head of Rewards & Benefits
The Role
A pivotal project-led reward role responsible for delivering key reward and benefits initiatives across a complex healthcare organisation. You’ll lead the design, standardisation and implementation of job structures, pay frameworks and benefits programmes, ensuring fairness, compliance and commercial alignment. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, this role balances cost control with employee value to drive engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of reward and benefits projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, risks and governance
- Coordinate HR, Finance, Operations and external partners
- Support standardisation of job structures, pay and benefits
- Lead or support job evaluation implementation
- Conduct market benchmarking and reward analysis
- Partner with senior clinical and non-clinical leaders
- Facilitate workshops, consultations and feedback sessions
- Manage external suppliers and consultants
- Analyse workforce and reward data to inform decisions
- Produce clear reports and recommendations for senior leaders
- Evaluate impact post-implementation
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience delivering reward, compensation or HR projects
- Strong knowledge of reward frameworks, job evaluation and benchmarking
- Confident managing complex stakeholders at senior level
- Strong analytical, reporting and project management skills
- Experience within healthcare or regulated environments desirable
- Familiar with HRIS and payroll systems
