The Role
A senior Rewards & Benefits Business Partner role supporting the development and delivery of a competitive, compliant total reward strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to HR and senior leaders, you’ll balance commercial insight with employee value to drive engagement, retention, and organisational performance. This is a strategic, hands-on role with real influence across reward frameworks, benefits optimisation, and organisation-wide initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic & Advisory
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver reward strategies aligned to business goals
- Provide expert advice on market trends, benchmarking and best practice
- Act as subject matter expert for reward and benefits across HR and leadership teams
- Support and manage annual reward cycles (salary reviews, bonuses)
- Design and review salary structures, job evaluations and recognition frameworks
- Chair job evaluation panels and conduct salary benchmarking
- Oversee employee benefits frameworks ensuring value, competitiveness and cost control
- Manage relationships with brokers and benefits providers
- Deliver reward and benefits analysis, dashboards and insights
- Support Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting
- Ensure compliance with employment law, tax and internal governance
- Lead clear, engaging reward communications
- Act as escalation point for complex reward & benefits queries
- Support and guide the Rewards & Benefits Administrator
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience in reward, benefits or compensation partnering
- Confident advising senior leaders and HR stakeholders
- Experience managing reward cycles, benchmarking and job evaluation
- Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Commercial, pragmatic and people-focused
- Comfortable working in regulated or complex environments
