A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Reward Specialist to join its high-performing Group Reward function. This is an outstanding opportunity for a reward professional with strong Executive Reward exposure to join a highly respected and collaborative team operating within a truly international environment.
The Opportunity
Reporting into senior reward leadership, you will support a broad range of compensation and executive reward activities across the organisation. The function is highly experienced, collaborative, and commercially focused, providing excellent exposure to senior leadership and strategic reward initiatives. The organisation offers a highly flexible culture with only one day per week required in the London office. Due to collaboration with Asia-based stakeholders, some flexibility around working hours is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support executive reward and broader compensation activities across the organisation
- Assist with Directors’ Remuneration Report (DRR) preparation and governance processes
- Support share plan administration and related reward projects
- Prepare high-quality board and REMCO materials, presentations, and reporting
- Partner with senior stakeholders across HR and leadership teams
- Analyse compensation data and provide insight to support reward decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and exceptional attention to detail across all reward processes
- Support annual reward cycles and governance activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the reward function
