An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global HR team within a fast-paced, international organisation. This is a high-impact role combining strategic HR business partnering, UK HR operations, governance, and employee engagement. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Finance and Corporate Functions while also supporting HR delivery across multiple international locations, including London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. This role is ideal for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in complex, global environments and enjoys balancing strategic advisory work with hands-on HR delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Business Partnering
    • Partner with Finance and Corporate Function leaders to understand business needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to business objectives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor on all HR matters, providing insight and guidance.
    • Lead performance management, reward, promotion, and workforce planning processes.
    • Support talent acquisition and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
    • Partner with Talent, Leadership & Learning teams to support development and career progression.
    • Drive retention strategies through talent management and development initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Governance
    • Provide high-touch HR support to employees and managers.
    • Support employee engagement and culture initiatives across UK offices.
    • Manage HR change projects, including communications, toolkits, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Oversee employee relations cases, including complex and sensitive issues.
    • Manage recruitment processes for permanent and fixed-term roles.
    • Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with group standards and UK legislation.
    • Oversee HR administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
    • Manage visa processes and ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
    • Manage HR suppliers and support contract renewals with a commercial approach.

About You

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, global or matrix organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience working across both strategic HR and operational HR delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement.
  • Experience managing employee relations cases confidently and independently.
  • Strong communication skills, including drafting HR communications and policy documents.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and insights.
