We’re working with a highly regarded global professional services organisation with an international presence across EMEA, APAC and beyond. They’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join a small, collaborative HR team and play a key role across the employee lifecycle.

The Role

This is a varied HR Operations position covering the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding, with exposure to employees and stakeholders across EMEA and APAC. You’ll work closely with employees, managers, benefit providers and internal teams, acting as a trusted first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries while also getting involved in projects and process improvements.

The role will also involve:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR Operations queries across EMEA and APAC
  • Coordinating end-to-end onboarding and induction for new employees
  • Supporting employee lifecycle processes including changes, parental leave, mobility, offboarding and exit interviews
  • Administering employee benefits, including enrolments, leaver updates, invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Building relationships with benefit providers, brokers and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting the annual benefits renewal process
  • Coordinating UK visa administration, including documentation, tracking and invoice processing
  • Supporting global mobility requests and helping employees navigate the relevant processes
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and simplify HR processes
  • Supporting wider HR projects focused on continuous improvement and employee experience

You’ll ideally have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience within HR Coordination, HR Operations or People Operations
  • Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working across multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of work
  • Strong discretion when handling confidential employee information
  • Experience working across EMEA and/or APAC would be advantageous
  • Experience with HR systems, with Workday experience particularly beneficial
  • Exposure to employee visas or global mobility would be advantageous
  • A degree or strong academic background, ideally combined with experience in a professional services, consultancy, financial services or similarly high-performing environment
