Global Benefits Manager £80,000 – £95,000 + c.20% bonus | London | Hybrid A growing international organisation is looking for an experienced Global Benefits Manager to take ownership of benefits strategy and delivery across a number of key global markets. Covering the UK, US, Canada, Bermuda and several European countries, this is a broad role offering the opportunity to influence benefits strategy while remaining close to the detail and delivery. The business is also highly acquisitive, so experience supporting M&A activity and integrating benefits programmes is particularly important. The role Working closely with the VP of Total Rewards, you’ll help shape the organisation’s international benefits strategy while acting as the UK subject matter expert. Key responsibilities include: * Own benefits strategy and delivery across multiple international markets * Lead annual benefits planning, benchmarking, renewals and communications * Provide UK benefits expertise alongside broader international coverage * Support M&A activity, including benefits integration, consolidation and harmonisation * Manage brokers, insurers, suppliers and benefits partners * Oversee compliance, reporting and benefits administration * Lead annual enrolment and employee communications * Partner with HR, Finance and senior business stakeholders * Support wider benefits projects, process improvements and global initiatives About you We’re looking for a benefits professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment. You’ll ideally have: * Strong UK benefits experience and excellent knowledge of the UK market * Experience managing benefits across multiple international countries * Proven M&A experience, particularly around benefits integration and harmonisation * Experience owning and delivering benefits strategy * Strong benchmarking and market analysis experience * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * The confidence and gravitas to influence challenging senior stakeholders * A hands-on approach and the ability to think on your feet Experience with UK auto-enrolment would also be advantageous.
