A specialist HRIS position focused on supporting, maintaining, and developing the organisation's iTrent environment following a major implementation project. This role will work closely with HR and Payroll teams, leading on system optimisation, reporting, integrations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead HRIS specialist for the iTrent platform
  • Support and enhance HR and Payroll system functionality
  • Manage and support system upgrades, fixes, and change requests
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain reports using Business Objects and other reporting tools
  • Support payroll audit readiness and reporting requirements
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
  • Maintain integrations between iTrent and third‑party systems
  • Support HR and Payroll teams with data analysis and reporting
  • Deliver user training and support ongoing system adoption
  • Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders on system improvements

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong hands‑on iTrent experience
  • Experience supporting or participating in iTrent implementations/projects
  • Good understanding of HR and Payroll processes
  • Strong reporting capability, ideally using Business Objects
  • Experience with change control and system testing
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities within a changing environment
