Job Title: Payroll and HR Specialist Location: Tottenham Job Type: Permanent – Fully Office Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Payroll and HR Specialist to lead their payroll function. This is a fully office-based role. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process weekly and monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness. Calculate statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP) and pension contributions. Ensure HMRC compliance for PAYE, NIC, and related payroll regulations. Maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and address employee queries. Update HR systems with employee data, contracts, salary changes, and benefits. Assist recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees. Ensure compliance with employment laws, right-to-work checks, and company policies. Coordinate and monitor employee benefits programs and support performance reviews. Requirements: Over 4 years’ experience running UK payroll operations. Strong UK employment legislation.
