Job Title: HR Business Partner\\n\\nLocation: Southampton/Hybrid – Adhoc Travel\\n\\nContract: 12m FTC\\n\\nJGA are partnered with a leading global business, seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their HR team on a 12m FTC maternity cover.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nDeliver local departmental strategies for employee relations and development.\\n\\nPlan and execute projects.\\n\\nSupport organisational development activities.\\n\\nCoach managers on change delivery (e.g., restructures, consultations).\\n\\nReview and update working agreements and contracts.\\n\\nIdentify learning interventions for employees and managers.\\n\\nManage employee relations casework (e.g., absence, disciplinaries, grievances).\\n\\nMonitor and review sickness cases with Line Managers.\\n\\nAdminister exit questionnaires and interviews.\\n\\nDrive employee engagement and culture initiatives.\\n\\nReview job descriptions and support recruitment processes.\\n\\nParticipate in interviews and administer tests.\\n\\nPrepare offer documentation and deliver inductions.\\n\\nIdentify skill gaps and development needs with line managers.\\n\\nMaintain accurate HR systems and files.\\n\\nProvide HR advice and coaching to ensure compliance with policies and legislation.\\n\\nDevelop and update HR policies and procedures.\\n\\nMaintain strong relationships with business units, Union Representatives, and stakeholders.\\n\\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR challenges.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nBachelor’s degree in human resources /CIPD Level 7, or demonstratable experience\\n\\nProven work experience as a strategically focussed HR Business Partner.\\n\\nExperience and proficiency working with HR Systems and data.\\n\\nProven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organisational growth and effectiveness.\\n\\nAn analytical and proactive mindset, with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data to drive insights and influence decision-making.\\n\\nAttention to detail and organisational skills, with experience managing changing priorities and ambiguity.\\n\\nIn depth understanding and experience effectively managing complex ER cases to resolution.\\n\\nExperience working across the full employee lifecycle.\\n\\nA full UK driving licence\\n\\nEligibility to work in the UK\\n\\nInterested?
