Location: Horsham (Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office)

Contract: 3 months (potential to extend)

Rate: £15-£16 per hour PAYE

My client are seeking an HR Advisor/Administrator to support the Group HR Operations team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing historical employee records across legacy systems and document drives
  • Cross-referencing data with records held in Workday ahead of system deactivation/archiving
  • Conducting HR data audits in Workday and flagging discrepancies
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc HR administrative tasks

About you:

  • Previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Advisor role
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with HR data
  • Workday experience is highly desirable but not essential
