My client are seeking an HR Advisor/Administrator to support the Group HR Operations team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing historical employee records across legacy systems and document drives
- Cross-referencing data with records held in Workday ahead of system deactivation/archiving
- Conducting HR data audits in Workday and flagging discrepancies
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc HR administrative tasks
About you:
- Previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Advisor role
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with HR data
- Workday experience is highly desirable but not essential
