An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a fast-paced international payroll team supporting employees across EMEA and the Americas. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and compliant payroll across multiple countries, supporting approximately 2,500 employees, while working closely with HR, Finance, Reward, Legal teams, and external payroll providers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong multi-country payroll experience who thrives in a complex, high-volume, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end monthly payroll processing across multiple countries in EMEA and the Americas.
- Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs including starters, leavers, changes, benefits, deductions, and variable pay.
- Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and pre/post-payroll checks.
- Ensure compliance with international payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll inbox queries, providing timely and accurate responses to employees and stakeholders.
- Liaise with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
- Support HR, Finance, Reward, and Legal teams with payroll-related queries and inputs.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, audit trails, and documentation.
- Support purchase order, invoice, and vendor administration processes.
- Contribute to process improvements, SOPs, and continuous payroll efficiency initiatives.
About You
- Experience in international or multi-country payroll administration (EMEA and/or Americas).
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
- Strong understanding of global payroll legislation and compliance.
- Confident using payroll/HR systems such as ADP, Workday, or Oracle.
- Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliations).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.
