Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the organisation’s compensation and total rewards strategy
- Manage annual salary review and bonus cycles
- Lead salary benchmarking, job architecture, and pay frameworks
- Deliver pay equity analysis and support EU Pay Transparency requirements
- Produce compensation reporting, dashboards, and statutory submissions
- Partner closely with HR teams on compensation policies and decisions
- Maintain accurate compensation data within HR systems
- Line manage and develop a Total Rewards Analyst
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a Compensation or Total Rewards Manager role
- Strong people management experience (essential)
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
