You’ll work directly with managers across the business, owning ER cases while supporting wider change, workforce planning and HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Independently manage a varied ER caseload including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and wellbeing. * Advise and coach managers on complex people matters, confidently challenging where appropriate. * Provide pragmatic advice in line with UK employment law and commercial priorities. * Support organisational change, restructures and workforce planning. * Contribute to wider HR, culture and transformation projects. * Review people data across ER, absence, engagement and performance to identify trends and risks. * Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders across the organisation.
