This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing a high-volume Accounts Payable function across multiple business units. Based at the group’s head office, you will lead the AP team, ensure efficient end-to-end processes, and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Accounts Payable team, including performance management and ongoing training.
- Oversee the full AP cycle, ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely supplier payments.
- Drive continuous improvement across procure-to-pay processes, increasing efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and system providers.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as KPIs, cash flow forecasting, and DPO.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Commercial, and IT teams to optimise processes.
- Support month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial controls.
- Lead or contribute to projects focused on process improvement and system enhancements.
