A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior leader to join a global organisation as VP, Global Payroll & HCM with a focus on operations. This is a key executive role, offering full ownership of delivery, commercial performance, and growth across these diverse markets.
This position will suit a commercially astute and operationally focused leader with a track record in large-scale payroll and human capital management environments. You will be responsible for driving profitability, enhancing client satisfaction, and building long-term strategy while overseeing a hybrid team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead regional delivery teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent service across global markets.
- Drive profitability through cost control, improved efficiency, and strong financial oversight.
- Collaborate with sales to support growth and client success.
- Oversee regional budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through continuous service improvements.
- Guide strategic planning and scale operations in line with market demand.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in senior operations leadership with full P&L accountability.
- Deep knowledge of global payroll and HCM, particularly across EMEA; LATAM and APJ exposure is desirable.

- Skilled in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and change management.
