Are you a seasoned HRIS professional with expertise in Workday configuration? Ready to take on a strategic role in an international setting? JGA are partnering with an exciting organisation seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join their HR Operations team in London on a 9 month fixed term contract.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in implementing Workday Payroll for the UK while also contributing to enhancements across EMEA and APAC.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of the Workday Payroll module and optimize existing HCM functionalities.
- Perform audits, reconciliations, and validations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with global HRIS, Finance, and Tech teams to implement system upgrades and integrations.
- Develop robust reports and analytics to enhance payroll and HR operations.
- Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving Workday system issues.
- Circa 5 years of Workday configuration experience, including Payroll.
- Strong expertise in Workday reporting, integrations, and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
