Senior Reward Specialist | £50K–£55K + 15% Bonus | Hybrid (Greater Manchester)
We’re working with a market-leading, high-volume employer going through an exciting period of positive change and investment in their Reward strategy.
They’re looking for a Senior Reward Specialist to act as the number two to the Head of Reward — a pivotal role with real influence and visibility across the business.
Location: Greater Manchester (2 days a week in the office)
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 + 15% bonus

- Lead on pay review cycles, bonus payments, and share schemes
- Support benefit changes based on employee feedback

- Present recommendations to senior leaders and influence decisions
- Mentor junior team members and act as a trusted partner to HRBPs
