A leading employer in the region is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Advisor to join their in-house team. This role sits just below the Payroll Manager and is ideal for someone looking to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running end-to-end payrolls for c.2,000 employees (weekly & monthly)
  • Supporting process improvements and payroll projects
  • Managing pension admin, benefits, and year-end reporting (P11Ds etc.)
  • Acting as a go-to for payroll compliance, queries, and reporting
  • Coaching junior team members and supporting payroll leadership

  • Experience managing large payrolls (1000+ employees)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills
  • CIPP qualified (or working towards it)
  • Workday knowledge is a bonus
  • Confident across multiple pay frequencies and deadlines
