JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a Senior HR Advisor to its team.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with the Head of HR to drive the alignment of the People Strategies
- Managing ER cases
- Work with the Head of HR to develop HR policies
- Communicate effectively with all key internal and external stakeholders
- Actively work with Leaders in creating and or updating job descriptions
- Facilitate recruitment activity
- Ensure all new employees have a robust on-boarding programme
- Mentor and coach the HR and Payroll Administrator
- Support the Head of HR with any ad-hoc requests
Skills & experience required:
- Full CIPD Qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years generalist HR experience gained in a medium sized SME organisation
- Competent in the advice and application of current employment law
- Experience of modern Recruitment Practices, Training, Learning & Development
