We are seeking a Global Reward Partner to join our client's Reward Team, playing a pivotal role in delivering our Reward strategy across the business. This position involves developing and analyzing their reward frameworks, while supporting leaders and managers with pay and bonus decisions in alignment with their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build effective relationships across the business and act as a trusted advisor on reward and benefits processes.
- Lead salary benchmarking, pay reviews, and annual bonus processes.
- Manage and maintain the global benefits matrix and internal grading structures, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with strategy.
- Provide insights through data analysis and modelling to drive effective decision-making.
- Support the development of group benefits communication and embed new reward practices.
- Stay informed on reward legislation and trends to influence strategy.
