NOW HIRING: Reward & Pensions Specialist
Location: Warwick (Hybrid, 3 days office)
Reports to: Head of Pay & Benefits
Are you ready to support both reward strategy and pensions administration within a PE-backed healthcare group on a journey of transformation?
This Healthcare Group is seeking a forward-thinking Reward & Pensions Specialist to join our Warwick-based team. This is an exciting time to step in, with big opportunities to shape, improve and modernise their reward and benefits offering across a complex, unionised workforce.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and manage 5 active pension schemes (7 in total)
- Advise on auto-enrolment, regulatory compliance & scheme changes
- Lead reward initiatives using Reward Gateway platform
- Work creatively within unionised comp & bens frameworks
- Develop solutions across mixed pay structures (salaried & hourly)
- Has solid experience across pensions and reward
- Brings fresh thinking and innovation to pay & benefits
- Can balance operational delivery with forward strategy
- Understands the nuance of unionised environments
- Is confident managing multiple schemes and benefits platforms
