Reward Specialist | £40K–£42K + 10% Bonus | Hybrid (Greater Manchester)
We’re working with a market-leading, high-volume employer currently rolling out a refreshed Reward Strategy designed to improve recognition, benefits, and overall colleague experience.
They’re looking for a Reward Specialist with 2–3 years’ experience who wants greater autonomy across compensation & benefits projects and the chance to deliver full reward cycles from start to finish.
📍 Location: Greater Manchester (2 days a week in the office)
💰 Salary: £40,000–£42,000 + 10% bonus

- Coordinate annual pay reviews, bonus payments, and share schemes
- Analyse and interpret compensation data to support decision-making
- Assist with benchmarking and job evaluation panels
- Provide reward advice to People Partners and line managers
- Support policy creation and ensure compliance with reward governance
- Contribute to process improvements and strategic reward projects
