Job Title: Pensions Administrator
Location: Remote in the UK
Type: Permanent
To provide support across the organisation by assisting colleagues to deliver pension administration expertise in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pension funds, ensuring timely and accurate data submissions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on fund processes to support payroll teams.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries professionally and within agreed timeframes.
- Take full ownership of assigned LGPS fund reporting, ensuring data accuracy for both monthly and annual submissions.
- Collaborate with LGPS funds to improve and automate reporting processes for starters, leavers, and contractual changes.
- Assist payroll colleagues with pension administration, including portal access and resolution of service queries.
- Support schools with auto-enrolment and re-enrolment processes by handling queries and generating relevant correspondence.
- Manage monthly Teachers’ Pension data submissions, verifying accuracy and resolving any issues.
- Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on policies, procedures, and sector developments.
