We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in UK payroll processes and hands-on experience using ADP iHCM2.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Payroll Managers in accurate and compliant payroll processing.
- Manage and process payroll using ADP iHCM2.
- Validate payroll data, including deductions, statutory leave, and benefits.
- Respond to payroll queries and generate payroll reports.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding and expatriate documentation.
- 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years using ADP iHCM2.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll laws and compliance.
- Proficient in Excel; CIPP qualification is a plus.
- Experience with expatriate payroll (inbound/outbound) preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
