We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in UK payroll processes and hands-on experience using ADP iHCM2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Payroll Managers in accurate and compliant payroll processing.
  • Manage and process payroll using ADP iHCM2.
  • Validate payroll data, including deductions, statutory leave, and benefits.
  • Respond to payroll queries and generate payroll reports.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation.
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding and expatriate documentation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years using ADP iHCM2.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll laws and compliance.
  • Proficient in Excel; CIPP qualification is a plus.
  • Experience with expatriate payroll (inbound/outbound) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
