Responsibilities: Accurately process assigned weekly and monthly payrolls Ensure timely payments to third-party vendors Collaborate with the payroll team to maintain and manage shared mailboxes Perform daily payroll report checks for accuracy and completeness Manage and implement employee hierarchy changes Create and manage job posts, ensuring proper placement within the organizational hierarchy Managing pension opt-outs and processing refunds Handle HMRC-related queries and submissions Respond to payroll-related inquiries via the shared inbox and by phone If you hold 3+ years experience across payroll and are local to Macclesfield, this could be the perfect next step for you!
